This is the summer of stone vessels. The deep history and dreams that stones hold are brought close, to carry and caress.

I’ve been really exploring this form, and how it feels, sitting under the shade of trees arranging and assembling adornment from earth-materials…bound by string.

This piece grows from an Atlantic-tumbled ocean stone, its small vessel growing out top, and surrounded by tourmaline and blue chalcedony.

this piece measures 21 1/4 inches around, the stone at the center measures one and three-quarter inches tall by one and a quarter inches wide.
